Camping Mac and Cheese Made in the CanCooker

You all know by now how much I love using the Can Cooker system at home and on the go. This recipe features the portable cooktop that easily converts to a grill. We will start off by making gourmet level mac and cheese. Then, while it settles, we’ll grill some venison hot dogs! This recipe is one that the entire family will love whether you’re at home, camping, on a hunting trip or basically anywhere.

CanCooker Macaroni and Cheese

Did I mention how little mess this creates? I’m all for recipes that are cleaned up quickly and this one sure is. To make the mac and cheese all we will need is the CanCooker. We will boil the noodles to al dente, then add in milk, shredded cheese and CanCooker Garlic Salt. Once it’s all mixed, we’lol simply top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to create a nice crust for our Mac and cheese. Then we’ll top it with the lid and set it aside as we grill the hot dogs using the Conversion Grill.
