Easy Jalapeño Popper Smash Venison Tacos
These Jalapeño Popper Smash Venison Tacos combine ground venison, crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, and creamy cheese for a quick and flavorful meal – perfect for the campfire or home kitchen!
If you are looking for a bold, easy-to-make wild game recipe that delivers serious flavor, these Jalapeño Popper Smash Venison Tacos are a must-try. A fun take on two of my favorites- Venison Jalapeno Poppers and Venison Smash Tacos. They’re loaded with ground venison, crispy bacon, jalapeños, cream cheese, and cheddar, they’re a mash-up of taco night and everyone’s favorite party appetizer. And the best part? They come together in just a few simple steps, with minimal ingredients and maximum flavor.

Whether you’re cooking on a campfire griddle or a skillet at home, these tacos are incredibly versatile. The smash technique gives the venison a crispy edge, while the melted cheddar and creamy jalapeño spread tie it all together. It’s a recipe that’s easy enough for a quick weeknight meal but impressive enough to serve at deer camp or your next wild game gathering. To make this even easier, you can bring pre-made jalapeño cream cheese and I use that to spread over top of the tacos. Give this one a try, and let me know what you think by leaving a review.

So good! Will be making again
These were AMAZING! The only thing I did differently is that I cooked the jalapeños before addging them directly to the meat mixture and cream cheese. I wanted to make sure they were soft and more mellow in flavor. These were a huge hit! This was my first time trying a recipe from Jenn but it certainly won’t be our last!
