Chorizo Inspired Venison Breakfast Tacos
Attention campers and wild game lovers! This recipe is for you. It’s as simple as it gets and ready in no time. I wrote this recipe to be camp friendly whether you’re spending your weekend at hunting camp or on the lake. Even with minimal ingredients this recipe is still packed with flavor. Customize the tacos any way you’d like with toppings you love.
Tips for Making This Recipe at Camp or on the Go:
- Use a ziplock bag to beat the eggs and throw away the bag once you’ve added them to the pot. This will save some clean up!
- Use shelf stable ingredients: Use jarred jalapeños. You can even use Spice World Ready Onion to make things even easier.
- Invest in a CanCooker: I started using a CanCooker a little over a year ago and its changed my life. It’s the only cooking tool I need when I’m on the go. It’s great because it works over any heat source and it’s easy to clean.
