Tips for Making This Recipe at Camp or on the Go:

  • Use a ziplock bag to beat the eggs and throw away the bag once you’ve added them to the pot. This will save some clean up!
  • Use shelf stable ingredients: Use jarred jalapeños. You can even use Spice World Ready Onion to make things even easier.
  • Invest in a CanCooker: I started using a CanCooker a little over a year ago and its changed my life. It’s the only cooking tool I need when I’m on the go. It’s great because it works over any heat source and it’s easy to clean.
